Meet the Team

Megan Montgomery has a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from Texas A&M University and has been professionally practicing since 2006 in Texas, DC Metro, and Louisiana. Her career in Landscape Architecture started with luxury commercial design in The Woodlands, TX. Upon graduation, she moved with the company she interned with in Texas to Northern Virginia where she gained superior knowledge in horticulture and landscape construction. Upon returning home to Louisiana, Megan worked in New Orleans continuing commercial landscaping until opening her own business in 2017.

Megan's lush landscape designs are a staple of her creativity with nature, where she uses lots of native vegetation in her plant palette. These designs are full of texture, hierarchy and color, and the plants are adaptable to the heat and wetlands. Her specialty to detail, whether it is hardscape or softscape, and the efforts to achieve a look that's timeless and sustainable, is proven through her methodically planned out designs

Because the fragrance from the blooms and vegetation of the deep south remind Megan so much of home, she created a candle line to mimic Louisiana's most favorable native plants, Magnolia, Azalea, Camellia, Swamp Palmetto, Iris and Live Oak. Megan was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana and graduated from St. Thomas More Catholic High School in 2001.

William has a degree in Civil Engineering from University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He was a Survey Engineer in the Oil Field for 10 years before transitioning to landscape design build. His precision and attention to detail in the built environment helps drive efficiency to every design executed.

Shawn has a background in electrical trade in the medical field. He has been with the company since 2020, and knows how to piece together all the fast moving parts to the landscaping industry. He has a meticulous eye for construction, pruning, installation and lighting, and is very efficient and accurate with his work. Shawn has grown with us from when we were just two people, and has become a wonderful leader to the team.

William has an extensive background in art and skilled manual labor. He brings great experience with tools and woodwork to execute help landscaping projects efficiently with a good eye for detail.

Jake started in the landscaping industry in high school, and has steadily been working in the workforce until joining us in 2022. He is super strong and a steady worker. His enthusiasm on the job site shows in all of his work and he is always happy to help.
